This is the initial certified letter mailing which serves as the Entry of Levy Notice as required by Georgia law.  This is a very effective way to start collection of those delinquent tax accounts!

PH1 Entry of Levy Notice

This is the Notice of Levy and Execution for those properties which will be going to an actual tax sale.  These mailings are commonly referred to as the 20 day notice and 10 day notice.  Also included in this process are lien holder notices and Federal/State/City lien notices.
